Speaking for himself no doubt in that quote as well.
At the times he does speak off the cuff when winding himself over and around another enormous gaffe,I’m always shocked he’s let out without a minder.
Especially when he decides he’s the decider.
As to the head of the military, no dots are connecting inside his head ever. He really believes what he says.
What ever happened to that prompter thing that lumped up the back of his suit jacket, you know the one he used to wear at debates?
Off topic: At one time I toyed with the idea of writing a book called Etiquette for Sparrows – an alternative for people who really don’t care how they look and are content to be average. I started on it, but then my mind raced off to a crash.
WWW – some say he’s much smarter than he appears. Of course, most who say it work for him.
