1. I didn’t know about that, RJ – very interesting! It reads like the plot of a book or movie. How scary that the fate of two vast countries, and perhaps even the whole planet, lay in the hands of one modest man at that time – unelected, unsung, and practically unpaid. :-O

2. Twilight – very few people knew about this event. Thankfully, a film is to be made. This should help inform many more.

3. I had no idea, either, RJA. How cushioned we all can be from the grim and dreadful close calls that are out there!
