My apologies to many of you who commented on posts over the last few weeks and received no response. As you will know, online I try and respond to all comments. If you are kind enough to leave them, the least I can do is offer an acknowledgment. Lack of time has been the contributing factor, but hopefully I have managed to address that, and have now replied to most previous comments.
