Taunting Russia, as it were. I guess the tendency of Russia to, in larger part, sacrifice only its satellites to skirmishes has been overlooked. It would serve them right if Putin quietly suggested to the Chinese that they could call in immediate payment of the loans that have kept the US stock market afloat... complete with all their national park collateral. As for babymilk... pffft. Did the mothers of Georgia run out of breastmilk? Replacing mother's milk with substitutes has already proven deadly to children in the third world, as it largely contains nutrients they can't digest, and leaves the babies nothing to fight disease with, when it comes.
